MotorAlley.Com Launches BD: Best Deals 1.0

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. (ContentDesk) February 17, 2006 -- MotorAlley, LLC has today announced the launch of MotorAlley BD: Best Deals 1.0 Search Engine, the first ever web tool designed to find the lowest advertised new car prices across the country.
Best Deals 1.0, which is considerably more targeted than other well-known and larger search engines, was designed to search beyond web-only deals.
By targeting printed newspaper classifieds and other listings, Best Deals 1.0 offers the most aggressive pricing and specials not available through traditional search engines including Google, Yahoo and MSN.People shopping for cars online have always been able to find good deals, but never the absolute best deals, said MotorAlley CEO David Wassmann.
The best deals were always hidden in the fine print of the classifieds or buried in a link that no one can ever find.

Or they couldnt cross shop across Metro areas.
Best Deals 1.0 will unearth those hidden gems and deliver them to your browser in a few simple keystrokes. We wanted to make this easier to use then Google or Yahoo, added Wassmann.
If it is as easy to use as what Internet consumers are already accustomed to, then the payoff comes in receiving the best deals.Taking it a step further, with dealer involvement growing, consumers are able to use the information they find to get an even better offer from one of the thousands of participating Internet dealers.Consumers can shop by specific target or by viewing the entire matrix.
By viewing the entire Best Deals 1.0 matrix, shoppers can see how many of each make is available in which market&all in one tableau.
An additional benefit of using Best Deals 1.0 is the information provided to help the consumer find the Best Dealer.

Best Deals includes the basics (location, maps, contact information, brands sold) and when available, special awards and certifications the dealers have earned.
For example, a consumer can find out which dealer in their area has won highest customer satisfaction awards.Based in Bloomfield Hills, MotorAlley was started by David Wassmann, a lifelong car guy who has been in the automotive marketing business for more than 20 years.
Additionally, the founding team includes experience from such well-known automotive Internet businesses, including DealerNet (the first auto website), MSN Carpoint, StoneAge (which became Car.com) and Reynolds & Reynolds. We built MotorAlley to help people figure out the right car, at the right price from the right dealer, said Wassmann.
Thats why we made it easier for a consumer to learn about cars and trucks, request pricing on several competitive vehicles, and find the right dealer without wasting hours and days driving from dealer to dealer.ABOUT MOTORALLEY, LLC:The MotorAlley website offers consumers the ability to receive actual price quotes from partnered dealers in their area, research car prices, specifications and reviews, obtain financing for their new car purchase, review and find new car dealers/sales people and participate in forums with other buyers.
MotorAlley has developed relationships with new car dealers and OEM's that allow it to send pricing requests directly to preferred dealers.

The next generation will allow for direct integration into the auto dealers DMS system, allowing you the consumer to find the vehicle they want, make an offer and complete 95% of the paperwork online.

Your Fuel System

The fuel system feed your engine the gasoline/diesel it needs to run. If anyone of the parts in the system break down your engine will not run. Let's look at the major parts of the fuel system, Fuel tank: Basically a holding tank for your fuel. When you fill up at a gas station the gas travels down the filler tube and into the tank. In the tank there is a sending unit, which tells the gas gauge how much gas is in the tank.

Fuel pump: On newer cars the fuel pump is usually installed in the fuel tank. Older cars have the fuel pump attached to the engine or on the frame rail between the tank and the engine. If the pump is in the tank or on the frame rail then it is electric and is run by your cars battery. Fuel pumps mounted to the engine use the motion of the engine to pump the fuel Fuel filter: Clean fuel is critical to engine life and performance. Fuel injectors have tiny openings, which clog easily so filtering the fuel is the only way to prevent this.

The Delight of Coffee Shop Diners!

Coffee Shop Diners a thing of the past? Nah! Drive down US Route 40 or Route 66 through America, and you'll see gleaming, stainless steel diners in almost every town and city. These restaurants may seem like a relic of a bygone era, but they almost always have cars outside and people inside. How can it be possible that such places still hold a piece of the American Dream? No one really knows, but after almost 150 years, coffee shop diners are still a strong piece of Americana. The classic coffee shop diner got its start back in 1858 when a man by the name of Walter Scott started selling sandwiches to people in Providence, Rhode Island. By the late 1800's, diner owners bought old, decommissioned street cars and turned them into diners, adding a counter, some stools and a kitchen.

Then came the 1950's, and diners were transformed into a form recognized today ? lots of stainless steel, large windows, and art deco d?cor. Over the past fifty years, diners have disappeared and changed...
